Our process here at Linmar Enterprises is a complete one. Our service begins when the potential client contacts Linmar but it doesn't end with the design. Our relationship and service continues as long as the customer desires. We want your website to work for you. This means communication, updates, and consultations to make sure that what you have REALLY works.
What are the benefits of working with Linmar?
- No Template Zone --- No templates are used here. All designs are one-of-a-kind, personalized to your needs.
- Budgets Are OK --- What good is a website if it isn't keep up to date with fresh content? We offer packages to fit any budget. You can start small and add on more features later.
- Content Is King --- We offer updating packages. You can have us do your updates or you can upgrade to a Content Management System (CMS) where you do your own updates and save.
- We Offer Support --- The support doesn't end after the design is done. We offer one-on-one consultations to make sure what you have is working.
What are the steps involved?
- Client Consultation --- Our first step is the client consultation. In this step we talk by phone or in person. The goal of this meeting is to find out what you want your site to do for you, how you envision it looking and feeling, and what budget you want to stay within.
- Goals, Timeline and Bid Created and Approved --- After the consultation, Linmar will work up a bid within your budget that is complete with timeline and goals.
- Domain and Hosting Acquired --- When the bid is approved, the domain and hosting is acquired. We help you with each step of this phase. When we are done you will have a domain name and hosting in your name and ready for the next step.
- Design Process --- Once this step is reached you will be directly involved in the process of designing the website that ultimately will promote you and your business. We will work with you to get your approval and input as the design is created and implemented. You will be given a web address to visit so that you can watch the progress of your site.
- Final Inspection --- When the design and all information has been included you will be sent a link to the final design. We want to make sure that the final product is exactly what you envisioned. Upon your approval we will upload the new website and complete all final testing.
- Updates --- Now that your website is designed and online you want to keep it fresh and up to date. We will work with you to create an updating schedule that works with your timeframe and budget. If you've purchased a Content Managed Site we will help you learn how to do your own updates. Either way your site will be customer ready and continually updated with the newest content.
Each website project will follow this basic plan however, no two websites are alike. So we understand goals, outcomes and timelines can change and vary.
